With a love for his Italian hometown, Milka Mintchera started Love Verona as an homage to his heritage in the small-big city of Portland, Oregon. Hoping to bring fresh ideas and new Italian recipes to American culture, Milka began with a small food cart in the Third Avenue Food Cart block. He soon realized his dream of opening a brick and mortar restaurant with the opening of a new location in St. John’s.
